My story
From Kathmandu to Connecticut — one thread at a time
I grew up understanding that language is not just communication — it's belonging. Moving across continents, I learned to navigate systems that were not built for people like me. That experience — of being an outsider who learns to lead from the inside — is the lens through which I approach everything.
I've spent 20 years in Human Capital, working across South Korea, Nepal, and the United States. Along the way, I've filed visas, built HR systems from scratch, coached leaders through their hardest moments, and sat across the table from people terrified by paperwork that could change their lives.
I know what it feels like to be in that seat. And I know how to help.
