I grew up in Nepal, built my early career across Asia and Europe, and eventually made my home in the United States. Along the way I earned degrees, certifications, and titles — but the most important education came from living inside the complexity I now help others navigate.

I know what it feels like to walk into a room where you don't speak the language fluently, where the cultural rules are unwritten, where your credentials don't translate. I also know what it feels like to build something real anyway — a career, a community, a sense of belonging.

That experience is the foundation of everything I do. Whether I'm working with a multinational team on organizational design, coaching an immigrant professional through a career pivot, or helping someone prepare for the interview of their life — I bring the full weight of that lived knowledge to the table.

I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Diploma in Paralegal Studies, certifications in Generative AI and Data Business Analysis from PMI, and a Global HR Leadership credential. I've taught in Seoul, consulted across three continents, and spoken on stages about leadership, identity, and the immigrant experience.

But what I'm most proud of is simpler than any of that: the people who came to me stuck and left with a plan. The professionals who found their voice. The immigrants who stopped apologizing for their accent and started owning their story.
